What happened
The Belgian DPA found that a public authority infringed the GDPR by disclosing the identity of a complainant to four suspects in the context of a municipal administrative sanction procedure for illegal dumping. Since the public authority adopted measures to avoid future infringements, the Belgian DPA decided not to impose a fine.
