What happened
The Italian DPA imposed a provisional limitation on the processing performed by the Mitiga Italia App, an app used to certify compliance with covid regulations by people wanting to attend sporting events. The limitation is be enforced for as long as necessary for the DPA to establish the legal basis of processing, and to establish whether the data processed was adequately limited.
