What happened
The Bulgarian DPA fined a doctor BGN 500 (approx. €255) for a violation of Article 32 GDPR. The Doctor had allowed that her electronic signature was used to access the vaccination status of a member of the European Parliament. This information was later disclosed in a television programme.
