What happened
The Hungarian DPA found that a solarium studio could not rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR without carrying out a balancing of interests test. The DPA also held that the studio violated Articles 13(1)(2) GDPR by only providing the information, on paper and upon request.
