What happened
The DPA fined a gas supplier €10,000 for failing to supervise its processors and for calling formers customers after contract termination without a legal basis. The DPA also fined the supplier’s processors €40,000, €10,000, and €5,000 for ineffective safeguards that allowed systematic calls to numbers registered in the opt-out registry.
