What happened
The DPA warned a region's Nature and Forests Department as well as the region's Economic, Social and Environmental Council for failing to respond in time to access requests submitted by a hunter following a hunting exemption application. In addition, the DPA warned the Council to comply with the hunter’s erasure request.
