What happened
The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 700 on La Terrazza. The controller installed a surveillance camera at their commercial premises. The camera captured part of the public space. Furthermore, the controller did not inform those affected by the camera of their rights regarding the processing of their personal data.
