What happened
The Danish DPA published a decision in which it expressed severe criticism of Epic Booking for publishing and keeping extensive number of pictures of children and young people on its Facebook page without having a valid lawful basis for processing. The DPA found that the company failed to provide the data subjects with all information pursuant to Article 13 GDPR as well as to set a retention period for the personal data.
