What happened
The Danish DPA held that a political party had a sufficient legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to investigate its member for alleged sexual violence. However, it reprimanded the controller and processor for not informing the data subject about the processing as required by Article 14(2)(b) GDPR.
