What happened
The DPA determined that the controller breached Articles 5(2), 12(2) and 17(1) GDPR, because it was unable to remove the data subject's e-mail from its mailing list. The DPA ordered the controller to comply with the erasure request pursuant of Article 58(2)(c) GDPR.
